Three years, 18 school districts, 3 BOCES Tech Centers, 1.3 million dollars. The goal? To increase physical activity and healthy eating habits for middle and high school students. Health Quest MOVE (Making Opportunities for Vigorous Exercise) is made possible by a US Department of Education Carol M. White Physical Education Program (PEP) Grant. We have also partnered with St. Lawrence Lewis BOCES School Improvement Office, St. Lawrence Valley Teacher's Learning Center and the Community Health Department of SUNY Potsdam to provide this dynamic program. |
