Get started today on Building your Brain!
Our brains, like every other part of us, benefit from being exercised regularly. The latest research shows that using your mind to solve puzzles, learn new languages, or process complex information can ward off dementia and help retain and improve memory capacity.
The Health Initiative has been putting Brain Builder puzzles in our newsletters for several years and posting the answers here on the website. In a new twist for 2007, we will be collecting reader's guesses and holding a monthly drawing from among the correct answers.
Click here to send us your answer to this month's Brainbuilder!
The correct answer will be posted on the Brainbuilder answer page after the drawing so check back!
