• Practical training for food service staff and directors

• Taste testing new products in cafeteria

• Milk taste testing; promoting consumption of low fat milk

• Providing resources for changing physical environment in cafeterias and school grounds

• Providing resources for wellness committees, food service, and teachers
• Facilitating walkability assessment of school grounds and surrounding areas

EWPH is currently working with Potsdam School District and Norwood-Norfolk School District
