Instructions:

1) Fill in the blanks on the form and click on "Submit" at the botton.
2) To complete payment online, click on the "Pay Now" button on the registration thank-you page. Enter the total due (appropriate registration fee, canoe rental (if applicable) and the cost for the desired number of additional post-event tickets) fill in your contact and credit/debit card information and submit. You will be officially registered when we have received both the form and notification of payment.
3) You may also register online and send a check for payment. If paying by check, fill out and submit the form below, then send a check for the total to: SLCHI, PO Box 5069, Potsdam, NY 13676.
