Registration!

Important notes on registration:

• Participation is limited to a total of 50 teams with registration on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no limit on the number of teams in each division, within the overall limit of 50 teams.
• This is a fundraiser - Teams are encouraged to obtain donations above and beyond the entry fee for the race! A special prize package will be awarded to the team which raises the most money above the entry fees. Track all donations on an Official Donation Form (click on button in the right-hand panel) and turn in all money by the day of the race. Uncollected funds will not count toward your total donation amount. Note: People may submit donations for a team from the Registered Teams Page by clicking on the "Donation" button next to your team name. All donations will be credited to your team.
• Entry fees are non-refundable after August 31st, 2008. Before August 31st, a $20 processing fee will be held and the balance returned.
• Entry deadline is September 19th. Please call the Race Director (267-3410) to inquire about registering after the deadline. There is no on-site registration on the 27th.
• Do not consider your team registered for the race or make any plans to attend until you have received confirmation from us. As soon as we receive your registration form and payment we will send your team captain a confirmation with additional instructions.
• Registration Fees -
  $130 per team for 3-person teams
  $100 per team for 2-person teams

Online Registration: To register online, follow these easy steps:
1) click here to fill out and submit your registration form, then
2) from the registration thank-you page- click on the "Pay Now" button to make your online payment. Enter the total fees due including registration, canoe rental and the amount for extra tickets if you will be having family or friends enjoy the post-race meal with you. Enter the information requested and your payment will be processed safely and securely!

Mail-In Registration

Click on the link below to print a registration form. Fill out the form completely and mail it with your check to the address on the form. Remember to add the number of extra meal tickets you need for the post-party!
