Sponsor Information

Our goal is to have 50 teams (of two or three people each) participate. The teams have an entry fee which they may approach businesses to sponsor. In addition, we are requesting the following from sponsors:

  • Monetary Donations
  • Merchandise Donations
  • Advertisement Donations.

MONETARY DONATIONS : If your business chooses to donate money, your name will be recognized depending on value (see attached). Monetary donations will be used toward:

  • Physical Setup/Logistics
  • Prizes/Awards
  • Office Supplies
  • Post Race Picnic for Volunteers and Competitors

MERCHANDISE DONATION: If your business chooses to donate merchandise, your name will be recognized according to the monetary value of the merchandise. Merchandise Donations will be used as follows:

  • Prizes for the following awards:
    Most Money Raised, Best Costume, Best Team Name, Congeniality Award, Most Creative Problem Solvers, Best Poker Hand, Fastest Bike Leg, Fastest Running Leg, Best Sportsmanship.
  • If 100 pieces of merchandise are available they will be distributed one to every participant in SWAG bags
  • If over 20 pieces of merchandise are available, these will be distributed as gifts to our volunteers.

ADVERTISEMENT DONATION: If your business chooses to do so, advertising for our event can be as profitable for you as it is for us. We would request that you contact us about the specifics before using our name in the advertisement.

  • Advertise that you are looking for a team to sponsor.
  • Advertise that you will provide personal training for the Adventure Race.
  • Advertise that you are simply supporting our organization and the event.

In addition to all of the above, Overdrive sponsors will have prominent placement on the website and featured logo placement on the finish line banner and Post-Party Event.
