The Medical Nutrition Therapy Clinic provides nutritional support for a variety of medical conditions
including: Diabetes, Heart Disease, kidney problems, weight management, food allergies and intolerances, gastro-intestinal conditions, and child and teen food and weight problems, including obesity and eating disorders. A referral from a healthcare provider is necessary to schedule an appointment.

The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program is a special supplemental food program for women,
infants and children up to the age of five. All applicants must be income eligible and have a medical or
nutritional risk. The WIC Program provides nutritious foods along with nutrition education and
information on where to apply for free or low-cost health care or other needed services in the community.
