ProviderNet Forum

To protect confidentiality and limit the forum to St. Lawrence County service providers, users will need to complete and submit a short registration form. The registration will be approved by the Health Initiative and then you will be able to use the Forum. You will be asked for your email address and to create a username and password. Your name or other identifying information will not be posted or available!

Before you get started:
1) Please do not post any client's name or identifying information!
2) Since the forum member list is closed, feel free to post your work email and/or phone number so people can contact you with possible solutions!
3) You can "whisper" a reply to someone. This means no one else will be able to see your reply. Simply enter the username of the person you want to respond to in the "Whisper your comments to" box, type in your message and click "Add your comments".
