Access to Care Task Group

Vision:
With our help, St. Lawrence County residents will be able to take charge of their health with quality, affordable health care when and where they need it.

The Task Group has completed several key projects which promote health in SLC, including on-going collaboration on the PATH Project and conducting a county-wide health insurance survey.

NOTE: Meetings are open to current members and those who may be interested in joining the Task Group - come and check it out!!!
